Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c butter (soft)
1/4 c sugar
¾ c brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg instant pudding mix
2 ¼ c flour
2 eggs
1 pkg coco chips

Cream eggs, butter, sugars, baking soda and vanilla. Add a dash of salt. Mix in the instant pudding mix. Mix in the flour- please note that the dough will be heavy. Add the chips and mix well. Bake at 350 for 8 – 10 minutes.
Do not grease the pan.

Use your imagination. Vanilla pudding with coco chips—Coco pudding with vanilla chips—coco pudding with peanut butter chips. I think you get the idea.
These cookies are great for college kids, lunch boxes and golf bags as they are very heavy.
