Shrimp & Crab Au Gratin
6 tbl butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
2 tbl chopped shallots
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbl cut fresh dill
1/4 t blk pepper-salt to taste
3/4 cup milk
8 oz sharp chedder grated and divided
2/3 cup dry white wine
nonstick cook spray
1 lb crab meat drained
1 lb cooked shrimp
1 13 1/2 oz can artichoke heart drained and chopped
1/2 c dried bread crumbs

Preheat oven 375
2 tbl butter saute mushroom 5 min
saucepan 2 tbl butter saute garlic/onions/5min add flour/pepper/salt/dill then milk boil remove from heat add 1/2 cheese stir until melted, wisk in wine coat w/spray 2 qt casserole dish combine sauce/ crab/ shrimp/ artichokes/mushrooms & remaining cheese mix lightly sprinkle w bread crumbs dot w butter
Bake 30 min or until bubbly and crumbs are browned.
